But before you start, ask yourself these questions to make sure you get the right volunteering position for you!

How much time do I have to commit?
Do I want a long-term, short-term, or one day assignment?
What talent or skills do I offer?
What type of service do I want to do?
Do I want to work alone or with a group?
Who do I want to work with- fellow volunteers and the people who are receiving my services?
