VOLLEYFROG FLORIDA CLUB STAFF
We are very excited to have a veteran and enthusiastic coaching staff for the 2012-13 Club Season. VFC staff brings with them over 150+ years experience, 17 Junior Olympic National appearances, six former professional level playing careers and professional and collegiate level coaching.
VOLLEYFROG™ Florida Club will have a record number of teams for the 2012-13 season. Coaches will be assigned teams after tryouts.
We hire our coaches with the strictest standards and with the utmost importance in following code of conduct, continued Federation of International Volleyball (FIVB) training and given tools to coaching and the top of the line facility that is unmatched in our area. We are here to give the area’s talent what they deserve.
VOLLEYFROG™ Florida Club firmly believes the player development experience is directly related to the quality of our coaching staff and the services we offer. VFC will form only as many teams as we have qualified personnel to staff. Each member of our coaching staff is expected to attend training such as Impact, CAP, International, PCA and other coaching/instructional clinics to further his/her skills. Through attending clinics and training sessions, our coaches gain experience; learn the latest techniques, tactics and strategies as well as active members of the PCA (Positive Coaching Association) and NYSA (National Youths Sports Association) we as a staff not only take our knowledge of volleyball to the next level but are committed to continued excellence in coaching in the right way in making our athletes number one in development, not coaches ego's.
