By popular demand Volleyfrog Florida Club has a beach volleyball club program just for you! VFC staff (with guest coaches) offers Frogs 10-18, boys and girls, the chance to train and compete in beach volleyball by former AVP players, collegiate athletes and coaches.
Information: Teams are made up of 2 Players (no partner needed to join), just like you saw in the Olympics. Some benefits of Beach volleyball are agility and jump training, learning to play the whole game, and getting outdoors with your friends and having fun.
Were: Practices will be held at Diamond Head Resort Fort Myers Beach Florida and GATEWAY TRINITY CHURCH - 11381 Gateway BLVD. Fort Myers Florida.
Practice: Practices will be twice a week 2 hour a session. Practices will be Tuesday and Thursdays 6-8pm. If there is enough interest to change these times we will.
Tournaments: You pay for only the tournaments you attend. You can join with a partner in mind or you we will find one for you!
May 12-13 - Beach Kickoff at Clearwater (DTB Florida Region Event) June 10th at Siesta Key June 16th - Penacola, Fla. July 1 at Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Cost: You pay for each session you want to train and separately for each tournament you play in. Practices start May. 1stth and go until July 31st.
*Season consists of three 4-week sessions 1) May 1 - May 31st- $100 - $12.50 A session
If you are already members of USVA and AAU through your indoor club, you will not have to renew your memberships or ask to be released form your indoor club.
